I have been super busy the last few weeks renovating and getting our vacation rental ready. Having a triplex unit close to LAX and Manhattan Beach is nice. Our one bedroom unit was often hard to find a tenant that would stay there for more than a year, so I decided to turn it into a vacation rental. Here are the results!
We have had a lot of inquiries and a few bookings since I posted the pictures on Monday. If you saw my post from a week ago, you can see the kitchen looks much better...
My husband enjoys photography so he rented a wide-angle lens to take all of these shots.
This bedroom shot isn't that fancy, but it shows all the spacious closet space. We already have someone coming by today that is interested in it for two months.
I love the composition of this living room shot.
And my husband put together this lovely photograph arrangement. All the photos in the unit are local scenes.
